With the ability to buy and inject automatically not sure why you cant remotely now inject a skill book that you already own.

I’d agree on the limitation that it be restricted to skills that can already be purchased and injected remotely. If you can do that, I see no reason why you shouldn’t be able to inject a skillbook you already own in the same manner. Some skills aren’t available to purchase remotely and my opinion is you should have to have those books present to inject them as well.
Injecting remotely should still come at the 30% cost of the Skill Market value - same as it does when you use the “buy and inject”.
