It seems that we can inject skill-books now even if we cannot train the skill. Not sure if that’s intentional or an old/new change, but I just want to check here to see if that is okay. Last time I played I thought that wasn’t possible, and the in-game help channel thought that way too.
This was changed a while back with the introduction of Alpha state I believe, and is fully intentional. Reasoning behind this was to make transportation of skill books for personal use unnecessary.
