Skill book cannot be absorbed

This also happened with me, i bought the skill book “medium precursor weapon” (as i have not injected it yet) and when i tried to inject it, nothing happened.
I’ve been trying it since yesterday, i restarted the client, the launcher, but it did not work.
Infact I’m not able to inject any new skillbook I buy 
If something isn’t working as intended, submit a bug report.
