My friend telling me that the voice in Eve made with text to speech on all voices but I doubt that. Sounds to me it is “just” voice acting.
Can anyone give some official feedback on this one please?

Next level? You’re three/four decades late. 
The commodore 64 could do text 2 speech, though it sounded like heavy smoking cowboys. Since XP even Windows has a text to speech API built in, but even today barely anyone is using it, despite it being actually good.
