Questions regarding character transfer

I have a couple of questions regarding character transfer and hope that someone can help me out.

  • Does an account that is selling a character needs to be Omega?
    • If it does, can it be listed for sale as Alpha and made Omega when the buyer is found?
  • What happens with unique once per character features when the character is transferred? (for example: data centers, COSMOS missions, AIR Career program, epic arc timers…)

Omega is not required

As the character is not omega the account is, it will transfer to whatever the buyer is. If you sell as an omega and the buyer is alpha, it will revert to alpha for the buyer

As far as the data centers etc. Im not sure, I would assume they transfer over, since ppl ask about remaps and those dont reset upon transfer

No Omega required, all character tied things go with character. All the things, which include mails and standings. You want to clear all your mails, be in npc corp, positive isk, but not too positive. 1 isk is fine. take everything you’re not including in the sale, off.
