I am a new-found CEO of a small indy/pve corp based out of highsec. I am looking to find an area that we can process our moon material that we’re mining for our own production needs. Does anyone know of any freeport stations that offers reaction capabilities?

There’s a public access Tatara in Amamake (3 jumps from Rens), which has all 3 reaction modules, a reprocessing module, as well as a T2 reactor efficiency rig and T2 reprocessing monitor rig installed.
You should use the Industry window or the Structure Browser ingame to find these structures. There are several available all over low sec and near trade hubs.
