Fellow MEOWS member here. I joined just about 2 months back and I couldn’t be happier with this community! Everyone is very helpful but also eager to help. Knowledgeable, but won’t give you flack for missing Faction Warfare night because you played Vintage Story for 7 hours by accident lol. Or if you have family or friends IRL that require your attention. Very good vibes.
I’ve gotten all kinds of help that has allowed me to experience this game to a degree I simply wouldn’t be able to on my own. I was worried that if I joined a corp, I would be held to a strict schedule that would require me to be on at certain hours, turning it into a second job. Didn’t happen with MEOWS. I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience.
Things I’ve gotten out of this include:
- Help with industry, getting access to bulk mats that I can turn around into profitable products (some of which are bought by MEOWS members themselves).
- PVP Faction Warfare on Wednesdays! (Never knew it could be so fun and profitable)
- Guidance on Nullsec, ship fittings, and other stuff that felt too nebulous of topics to approach myself before
As a member, I am bias of course. But this group absolutely fits the niche I was looking for and I’m glad to be a part of it
