Lately it’s been exceptionally hard to enjoy picking back up the game after 8 years, the omega pay wall keeps out the warp damper disruption preventing modules the very thing new users desperately need to get out of bad situations, mining locked behind omega and planetary stuff locked behind omega is really annoying it’s becoming a 5-8 hour grind to replace what is lost only to loose it again and be further set back than before new or returning players are barely trending water and can’t get a footing in the base game not the experience I once had -referee here via email from support team to raise this concern
If these limitations didn’t exist, players would abuse the trial account (”alpha”) system to ruin the economy. Even more than they already do, that is.
There are a bunch of ways you can help yourself survive getting tackled. The best one is to not get tackled in the first place. Learn how to use the dscan and you’ll find almost all PvP you encounter to be either fights you initiated, or resulting from your own sloppiness.

those are things you couldn’t use before there was an omega/alpha split… so why ■■■■■ about it now?
Could you even play for free last time you played?
Free to play mode may be limiting, but in the past you always had to pay a subscription to play the game. Now you can choose between paying a subscription to unlock the full game or playing for free with certain reasonable limits.
If you want to return but feel like Alpha is too limited, why not pay a subscription again?
Simple solution:
Pay for the f**king game.
You don’t get full access as a freeloader.

Do you want to omega aka plex your account via ingame activitys like mining and PI?
You know which there diffrent ways to plex your account by working in a group for bigger target?
Did you try to produce specific P4 for the alliance instead of selling stuff in jita?
You are currently in a NPC Faction Alliance & Corp.
From this position everything is very grindy or your are market manipulator which in this case you wouldn´t have a money problem.
Do you want to join brave we can give you helping hand comming back into the game.
Also Nullsec is the best way to make money.
Wormhole would be better but has higher investment and much higher risc to loose than nullsec.
