The strength boost on these hulls are a joke, they give barely any improvement over their tankier counterparts. I suggest giving their strength burst bonuses a buff to 7.5 or even 10% per level to give them any value for pure command link roles.
So that people have the numbers to argue this with
Current Attack Command ship all 5s #s / all 5s with mindlink
Shield & Armor boosts: 18% / 22.5%
Electronic hardening charge
- Sensor strength 20.2 / 25.3
- Damp/TD resist 40.5 / 50.6
Electronic superiority 20.2 / 25.3
Sensor Optimization
- Scan resolution 20.2 / 25.3
- Targeting range 40.5 / 50.6
Evasive maneuvers 13.5 / 16.9
Interdiction & Rapid Deployment 27 / 33.8
7.5% Bonuses all 5s #s / all 5s with relevant mindlink
Shield & Armor boosts: 20.6 / 25.8
Electronic hardening charge
- Sensor strength 23.2 / 25.9
- Damp/TD resist 46.4 / 58
Electronic superiority 23.2 / 29
Sensor Optimization
- Scan resolution 23.2 / 29
- Targeting range 46.4 / 58
Evasive maneuvers 15.5 / 19.3
Interdiction & Rapid Deployment 30.9 / 38.7
10% Bonuses all 5s #s / all 5s with relevant mindlink
Shield & Armor boosts: 22.5 / 28.1
Electronic hardening charge
- Sensor strength 25.3 / 31.6
- Damp/TD resist 50.6 / 63.3
Electronic superiority 25.3 / 31.6
Sensor Optimization
- Scan resolution 25.3 / 31.6
- Targeting range 50.6 / 63.3
Evasive maneuvers 16.9 / 21.1
Interdiction & Rapid Deployment 33.8 / 42.2
Given these numbers, I think 7.5% is about the highest healthy place to move these bonuses to, with 10%/level giving just a bit too much power to some potential boosts. I might suggest a 6% level, but that is an odd number that’s only rarely used.
