Regional market tab disappears

I have a regional market tab disappearing, entered a bug report over a week, no reply, but as we all know with the current chat system, ccp devs/bug hunters are bloody *********.
This only happens to me with one region, other regions are fine, anyone else has this issue?

Uninstalled EVE client, deleted all related eve directories, launcher etc including directory in %AppData% - re-installed, bug is still there, no reply to my bug report. Does CCP even bother to look at bug reports these days?

This is the worst performance i have seen from eve developers in 14 years of playing this game, someone seriously needs to get the boot!
