so i guess i need to submit a ticket for my drones that were killed in a mission cuz i couldn’t pull them…

And of course crap goes south, right when i´m in Abyss.
Just waiting for the “not our fault, no replacement”-answer now.
BTW, why are there still no failsafes for abyssal pilots, in such cases?
Freezing sites, as soon as connectivity is lost would be a good idea.
That way i could at least keep making money, without having to wait for supports answer for days.

i’m just glad i was sitting in jita station buying stuff. i hate filing support tickets for lost ships etc. but ccp is good and usually fast with reimbursements

Also had exavs out but they wouldn’t recall. Watched two of them die to rats that had landed on grid as soon as the server froze. I assume the kills were legitimate, because another Rorq was trying to rep them, and I could see the reps on my end when his modules actually worked. Definitely going to be submitting tickets if those are actually gone… @CCP_Falcon
