[Resolved] 20260918 - Issue with Account Verification Emails

Hi all,

We are currently experiencing issues with Account Verification Emails not arriving, affecting the ability to log in to EVE Online. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.

Follow along in this thread for more info.

Updates:

  • 16:30 UTC - The fix has been implemented, we will continue to monitor the situation.
  • 21:10 UTC - Issues continued to persist for some players and additional steps were taken to ensure that verification emails will arrive over the weekend.

Not being able to log into the game is bad news indeed, especially for those with paid accounts…

Hopefully the fix stays good for a long time…

It does help to now know FC uses Microsoft Entra tho

I guess it is back. ESI also seems to be heavily impacted. EVEMon lost a load of credentials this morning.

Now the account can’T be added at all… :unamused_face: CCP really is a complete trainwreck.

All my ESI keys in EVEMon just died. When I try to re-add them, this is the error page I get. This bodes really well for the patch release today.

Keepass / KeepassXC works very nice for authenticator codes, which as been around since 2003 and is open source
