We’re currently investigating an issue where Mac users are experiencing a blackscreen upon logging in or undocking. Our engineers are looking to isolate the issue, and we’ll have an update as soon as we have more information. You may also follow along with the EVE Status page (https://status.eveonline.com/)
If you are a Mac user, we strongly advise you to not log-in if your character is in space.

FYI before either of my accounts could undock, the hangers were empty. I could tell that nothing was missing as the volumes were still correct, but visually nothing was there.
I also found my bpcs were not showing in the station no more, inability to set destination to any system and indeed after undocking in a shuttle black screen..
I undocked two toons. One on each account. No ship modules were loaded, no modules and no objects in the overview, making it impossible to redock. I had to force-quit and now I only get a black screen when trying to log into those two toons.
I can log into the others but I’m not undocking them atm. Would love to have this fixed fast as I only have a limited time to complete the event track so keep poking them hamsters
edit; On the toons that are still docked I can see the items in the ship that I’m currently in but not in the ones in my hangars. Volume and value is still showing as if working correctly.
Edit 2: Items in hangars are all over the place. Some hangars and containers show the contents correctly while others look empty except for volume and value
BTW - It would be great if the Launcher was updated with a note in the feed on the left so that we are aware of the issue before logging in and being totally confused. Thanks!

Installed the launcher update. Nothing changed for Charakters undocked - still completely black screen. Charakters in station look ok, once undocked I observe the same as with the others undocked - only a black screen.
After launcher update I was able to login, complete a couple indy jobs, and then I undocked… black screen. Character select says I’m undocked. Big time afraid I’ll get blapped.
I hope my ship hasn’t been blown up! I’m assuming it auto-warps off after some minutes. Was hoping to finish a few of the Crimson Harvest parts this afternoon.
Besides the crazy black screen / UI disappearance on undock, cargo hold on some ships are not showing items. Orca in particular for me, both the cargo hold and drone bay were not showing item icons, but the fleet hangar and other bays were fine. Running macos 26.7.2 on an m3 max macbook pro 2023 model.
