Can I retract a war I declared at any time? Or do I have to wait a week?
No, but you can submit a surreder and see of they accept.
Can’t you now just take down, say your only small POS tower, and end a war you started 24h later?
Actually yeah, as soon as either side loses war eligibility, the war ends. Note, we recently had a bug where we got decced and blew up the aggressors structure and the war continued for a week. Not sure if that has happened to anyone else but if it doesn’t drop, it’s definitely supposed to.
