You sound like a great dude just right off the bat reading your post. I’m a recruiter for SBBAL, Short Bus Ballaz, a corp up north in GOTG and the SLYCE alliance. We are a small gang pvp corporation but we also allow ourselves PVE and Indy activities to isk up in order to lose it all in battle.
Our age ranges are from 20-50ish so banter is there. We make gramps jokes and they make jokes back about us youngsters. In the end it’s all pixels and banter and the social aspect is what really makes the game.
For your PVE we mine regularly and have Rorqual support within the coalition as we are under the cap umbrella.
For requirements on fleets we don’t have any, but if you want to keep the space hopefully you’d want to defend it(we have a common sense attitude about things). We do require you have a mic and are on TS obviously for communication for rorq tackled and pvp ops we might have.
