My fit is below, but have no idea of Rigs to install. Only been playing a couple of months and need some help. Have run only Lev 3 security mission, but handled it fairly well.

Medium Core Defense Field Purger rigs for passive shield regeneration increase or Medium Core Defense Field Extender for more shield HP. T1 or T2 is up to you.

I would also suggest that you use better meta versions of the medium slot and low slot modules. Limited Adaptive Invulnerability Fields are cheap and offer better resists, Large F-S9 shield extenders are cheap and offer better HP bonuses.

M0 variants are not supposed to be equipped.
They are supposed to go in industry, manufacturing T2.
M1 variants for tiericide items are giving each a small bonus (compact=less fitting, enduring= less capa required, restrained = less malus, scoped = more range) with NO ADDITIONAL COST from M0.

Then, T2 consumes more resources and has more malus, but has additional advantages
