Sidenote: Yes, I know VNI & Gila are better, but you know what? I have nowhere near the money needed to get a good VNI or Gila, thus I need a ‘cheap’ fit like this before I get there.

This is a totally reasonable fit, depending on your skills and budget.

One comment though- see if you can get some meta HMLs instead of the Meta 1s- Some Arbalests will work a bit better and still be reasonably priced.

looks good to me. and I agree with Leah, go with Arbalest launchers if possible. TBH, i could get you in a VNI for roughly 100 mil. I would switch the Hobgoblins out for Hornets, since they do kinetic damage.
