My aim is to run dual monitors with one account and move all the clutter (Except D-scan and local) to my slave screen leaving my master screen clear.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

It is entirely possible. I’ll admit i use a virtual desktop on one monitor if i’m testing fits to run sisi and tranquility
the tl;dr:
run it in fixed window. pick the left most adaptor. pick a resolution which goes over multiple screens. Drag stuff around. change the centering slider.
