Pls try and read about how realocable SPs work. Then you will understand that there is NO SHIP IN THIS GAME that this character cannnot perfectly train for, in a few minutes, using the 11 mil reallocable SPs already available ( the value of those alone being 74 injectors e.g. 72 bil ).
