i noticed since about a week that scanning got significantly harder.
first i noticed this while doing dailies (as this usually just requires a single scan witha experienced toon) took much more now.
while in j-space my WH sitter usually never needs more then 3 scans for anything below Level 4.
now this is turning into a beginner experience where scanning as a massive challenge to overcome.
Check your scan strength in the probe scanner window. (Mouse hover over that small crosshair symbol in the corner)
I had this last week too, when I noticed I suddenly needed more cycles to pin down sigs.
It was a bug, EvE simply ignored the ship boni from the CovOps I was flying. Even logout didn’t help.
You have to leave the ship and board it again, that fixed it for me.
