Recognizing that the Deathless has put his own recovery bounty on their turn in with agents of his moving around the cluster offering Deathless Circle technology as compensation, I am offering a recovery fee of 100k15m 20m isk per unit at this time, until we better understand the extent of proliferation of these sealed containers across the cluster, at which point the fee may be adjusted.
As Deathless planetary operations escalate, the UNF and Accords both will also be aiming to counterdeploy our own teams and enact our own recovery efforts of such items in turn.
Further recognizing the potential hazards of an ISK based reward for recoveries, the UNF and Accords both do not condone the hunting of Upwell Units in pursuit of these ends, and this recovery fee is offered for Containers that would enter circulation anyway, and not as incentive to hunt Upwell Consortium operations.

Edit: As Market Conditions Continue to Evolve, the current recovery fee is being increased to 1.4 million isk per recovered unit.
Edit 2: As its become more clear the technology and material on offer from the Deathless Circle and its enticing qualities, we are upping the recovery fee from 1.4m further to 15 million isk per unit to encourage contribution to the recovery program instead of to the Deathless Circle traders that have taken up shop across New Eden.

As of the current moment, after further recovery contracts and payouts following the previous posting, recovery counter stands at 433 Sealed Projects Containers spread across multiple regions removed from open circulation.
As of 01:56 hours on the 30th of September, the Recovery Program has managed to removed 1066 Sealed Projects Containers from circulation and has started to begin the consolidation process of moving them to more centralized locations.
We shall see how many more can continue to be recovered and removed from circulation before projected end of largescale Vanguard and other warclone deployments.
As of Saturday the 18th, 0506 NEST, the current number of sealed projects containers the recovery program has is is 1918 units.
A number of the containers will be repatriated to Upwell Consortium in the near future, any remainders that do not get repatriated will be split to other non-Deathless Circle groups. It appears that no further sealed projects containers have entered circulation since the conclusion of the so called ‘Operation Nemesis’ some weeks ago now.
While some units of Sealed Projects Containers remain on SCC public capsuleer markets across New Eden, the Recovery Program will not be attempting to recover further containers at this time.
Total costs of the recovery program will be made public at the conclusion of repatriation and dissemination.

As of this time repatriation of 818 units of Sealed Projects Containers back to Upwell are planned and have been contracted to @Lars_en_Ramon , the head of Upwell’s Department of Friendship and Mutual Assistance
