As these sealed containers are starting to enter circulation, and the seeming clear interest from parties such as the Deathless Circle in their retrieval and further recognizing they will enter circulation one way or another as it is clear that the Deathless is also ramping up planetary operations, I, acting in capacity as a representative of the United Neopian Federation polity and it’s contingent capsuleer cadre, and as ally to the Bosena Accords/Round Table Assembly, am opening a Recovery Program for these containers in an attempt to recover these items on behalf of both the UNF and Bosena Accords as alternative.
Recognizing that the Deathless has put his own recovery bounty on their turn in with agents of his moving around the cluster offering Deathless Circle technology as compensation, I am offering a recovery fee of 100k 15m isk per unit at this time, until we better understand the extent of proliferation of these sealed containers across the cluster, at which point the fee may be adjusted.
As Deathless planetary operations escalate, the UNF and Accords both will also be aiming to counterdeploy our own teams and enact our own recovery efforts of such items in turn.
Further recognizing the potential hazards of an ISK based reward for recoveries, the UNF and Accords both do not condone the hunting of Upwell Units in pursuit of these ends, and this recovery fee is offered for Containers that would enter circulation anyway, and not as incentive to hunt Upwell Consortium operations.
