CCP, why are there not Serpentis Industrial Livery SKINs but there are for the other 4 major pirate factions?

Yeah, other pirate factions get skins, except for the Serpentis. That black and dark green tones are so sexy! Going to check if they got Mordu’s Legion livery skins as well when I get back.
No Mordu’s Legion skins either. But they feel more like the type of group who receive their funds from other means and don’t really need to mine, I guess. But Serpentis would mine, I think.
