Shadow PC and logging into eve

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone here has a Shadow Account to play eve online ? I am now getting the following message when starting the eve launcher

“This site can’t be reached
the web page at https://launcher.eveonline.com/6-0-x/6.2.3/ might be temporarily down or it might have moved permanently to a new web address.”

Anyone have any ideas ?

Ive used Shadw for a while on and off not had any issue maybe some one got your current IP banned or something
