For something like that blueprint collection, I’d probably use a cov ops frigate or a brick cov/nulli t3c. Or blops bridge.
I absolutely wouldn’t be flying gate to gate through lowsec in a shuttle. Especially not through a system with numerous smartbomb losses in the preceding couple of hours.
Simply taking a moment to check zkill for systems along the route would have saved it.

If he was just stupid and deranged he would at least be consistent about it, yet he’s just posting contrarian stuff regardless what his prior posts were. He isn’t even continuing the subject in a lot of cases just posts something entirely different but contrarian that is expected to trigger the other side.
Not that it matters, if people fall for it it is on them. This is why I don’t engage in the subjects with him specifically as it is pointless, though sometimes join in with the others in the discussion whom can have a reasonable talk with.
Was just an observation on my part that many don’t seem to realize what is going on, which is odd as he is doing it in a blatant and obvious fashion.
A cloaky can be caught, there is a a ship though that can’t be caught in high sec.
Why not just buy a hauling permit?
I’d suggest that his persistent need to post contrarian stuff as frequently as he does, only to rinse and repeat it with new characters, falls very much under “derangement” and “stupidity” 
He’s not being smart about it, he’s just a tool.
With the malicious intent to stir up drama instead of caring for the subject.

A 450K EHP Eagle. That’s 52 T2 Catalysts to kill in 10 seconds or less….which in itself would be way more than the 240m ISK cost of the Eagle. Even with 1bn ISK in cargo, the loot fairy would still determine it barely worth it.
