BLOPs are one of the safest ships to travel in high sec, by the way. Albeit slow. If flown right, of course, they are uncatchable unless you have some bad luck or you F up yourself.

And yes, I have taken BLOPs through Uedama countless times.

They can’t warp while cloaked or align with any great speed. Their combat and defenses are subpar for a battleship. Its one claim to fame is a jump drive that doesn’t work in High Sec. I’ve got ships that outperform it (except the jump drive thing).

Absolutely. But that stuff is not necessary to be ‘uncatchable’.

Their align speed isn’t bad though. Not as good as a frigate’s, but for a BS it’s agile enough.

I’m sure you have hulls that outperform BLOPs. Don’t doubt it. But BLOPs do have that 1 characteristic that makes them great for gate-to-gate travel, ironically. It is very difficult to catch a BLOPs on a gate outside nullsec, and you’ll mostly only catch pilots who don’t know how to fly the hull.
