You’re playing on serenity? Is there a forum or discord for serenity? Nobody in iceland or here on these forums play on serenity. Just like the mobile game has their own discord and isnt discussed here You can try changing the language of your PC and see what that does

It has been another two weeks. I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.

I have reduced the 10 accounts to only 1 account.

This bug can cause Preview-O to malfunction and affect multiple characters logging in and using the game simultaneously.
