Came across gurista kestrels bashing a station used my tengu to dispatch one of them but even with precision heavies it took about 20 minutes, switched to an enyo and killed all in about 3 minutes with a t-2 blaster/void fit.
So they back or what?

That just means there’s a Guristas’ Forward Operating Base somewhere in the system. Kill it for a chance to get a BPC for the Guristas faction capitals.
