I tested and with medium shield booster (gist c-type I think), rep small cap battery and cap recharger II it looks like shield is very good and cap is easy.

That would be massively overtanked for 99% of the arc, and be a lot more expensive, and lose a bit of dps projection, but whatever works for you!

IIRC the mordus mission can bring quite a punch, even though you can warp as soon as you get the package.
