SOE Epic faction selection

So I’ve decided to run the SOE arc again, and I remember when I started it last time, I was asked which faction I wanted to fight for.

This time however, I didn’t see the selection option.
So I’m thinkin either
a: I missed it somewhere
b: I haven’t come to it yet as I am only starting mission 2, (I dont remember exactly last time when i got to select the faction)
c: I am unable to select the faction as it carries over from the first time I ran it 90 days ago .

Which do you think it is? (Im kinda hopin option “b”)
