It looks like I can run the Epic Arc missions again…YAY me!
So, is the difficulty level harder, like level 2, or is it the same as it was 3 months ago?

it’s easier than 3 months before. You got more skills, you know the epic.
The Epic Arc is the same as it was the last time you ran it. If you’re talking about the level 1 Sisters Of Eve Epic Arc - The Blood Stained Stars - you can complete it for one of the 4 major Factions each time you do it.
The level 4 Amarr Epic Arc gives you a choice between Amarr or Sansha (Pirate Faction) for completion and the level 4 Gallente Epic Arc gives you a choice between Gallente or The Syndicate (Pirate Faction) for completion.
All the other Epic Arcs can only be completed for their specific Factions.

Yeah, it was the sisters arc. All the other arcs in the agency window are unavailable right now.
So I guess it’s gonna be an easy 25mill! Yippee!
I don’t remember, will the other factions take a hit in status?

No. It’s a no-drawbacks standings boost to the empire faction of your choice.
