Hi all
looks like a silly question, but I can’t find a way to redeem some SOE loyalty points to buy a Sisters Expanded Probe Launcher.
I have enough LPs, enough isks, a installed Expanded Probe Launcher I, one in the cargo and another one in the player storage, however, for some reasons, I cannot redeem the item from the LP store. And I’m in a SOE station…what am I missing?
Could anyone please help?

Show a screenshot of your Item Hangar in the station. If the item is not repackaged, the LP store might not recognize it.

Make sure that probe launcher are repackaged. Also, when you hover over item you want to buy, it will show what you are missing.
