The buyer is worried as the transfer has not yet completed. Asking whether it is a scam.

It usually takes 2 days or more for the transfer to be complete with plex, just be patient. CCP manually reviews your character transfer request, it’s not automatic like when you pay with real money.
Approximately 4+ days later, the character transfer is complete and in my possession.
PLEX although a viable character trading currency, does in fact take FOREVER.
