I was logged into the character at the same time as i initiated the transfer, which caused it to fail. When I tried again while logged out, it now says: "Target user is already involved in a character transfer. ". I’ll keep trying for 45 minutes more, and if it doesn’t resolve it self by then I must wait until tomorrow after down time
