But this toon is no noob. He may have noob stats, but I don’t know any 2 week old character knowing how to handle timers, neuts and web simultaneously by heart. But well, perhaps I only know my carebear bunch 
I seen it in another thread.
I was just showing that anything is possible if you learn enough about the game.
And you don’t need the blingy’est ship to win all fights if you know what your doing.
