Are these starter packs considered the same as the ones offered last October? (They appear to have different skins.) If we purchased the starter packs last October can we buy these?

If you log into the EVE web store , it tells you if you have already bought a starter pack. For example on my account one of the started packs is greyed out because I have bought it in the past.
And when I mouse over it, it says that I cannot purchase it because I have bought it before -
“You have already purchased this offer. There is a limit of one purchase per account.”
If its not greyed out, then you can buy and apply.
As always seems to happen with me, I loaded up on packs the day before the sale.
