Hello everyone,
I played EVE back in 2022. Mainly mining with some PvE and I had a lot of fun playing the game. Had to stop because a personal matter need my time more then the game. Now I am thinking about hopping back into it and wanted to get the opinions from current players on the state of the game right now? How’s the economy, playerbase, new features, gameplay, ect.?

The economy is fine, but some people will say it’s broken.
The playerbase is fine, but some people will say it’s dying.
The new features are fine, but some people will say they’re terrible.
The gameplay is fine, but some people will say it’s boring.
Etc. is fine, but some people will say it’s the worst ever.
I think the state of EVE is fine. Some updates are good, some questionable and I think the gameplay is as enjoying as it has been in the past years.
So welcome back, give it a try and see for yourself!
Eve has been ‘dying’ since 2003…despite outliving 3 of my computers, which genuinely died.
If you enjoyed what you did in EVE before then you will enjoy doing it today so if that’s your plan you’ll do just fine.
EVE is what you make of it. Find a group of nice people you enjoy socializing with and just have some fun doing whatever you like. Blow things up, build things that others will blow up. Watch others blowing things up. Stop others from blowing things up. Avoid being blown up…
It’s really totally up to you.
