If I buy a galaxy pack on steam do they send me a code to redeem or do I have to link the eve account to steam? Basically how does it work?
You can only buy things from steam if you made your account through steam. You cannot link an existing account to steam.

I always buy from either eve online directly or https://store.markeedragon.com . Eve online will just send it to your redeem items ingame and markeedragon emails codes you can redeem on your account page. Although I have some steam accounts too I never buy additions from steam.
