Stop the Syndicate Breakout

Has there been any intelligence concerning where these criminals can be expected to depart from?

The accusation remains asinine.

Not because the Syndicate is virtuous. Not because its hands are clean. Not because I find the State incapable of identifying an enemy when one is presented to it.

It is asinine because the event at the Jita gates required a class of hyperspatial manipulation that has, to date, been associated with the Fractured Fields, the Drifter hyperspace network, and the factions that gained access to occupied Drifter wormholes. That is not an extensive list. It is not a vague list. It does not include the Intaki Syndicate.

The Syndicate may smuggle. It may lie. It may shelter criminals, launder influence, and profit from every border it can blur. None of that makes it capable of opening spacetime fractures around every gate into Jita.

If the State has evidence that the Syndicate acquired this capability, it should present it. If the State has evidence that the Syndicate acted through Serpentis intermediaries, Deathless assets, Drifter infrastructure, or some captured derivative of wormhole occupation research, it should present that. If the evidence is merely that the Syndicate is convenient, hated, nearby, and politically useful, then this is not justice. It is simply reprisal.

The bounty structure does not improve the argument. Paying capsuleers to kill fleeing capital ships and collect frozen corpses does not make the operation honorable. It makes it familiar. Capsuleers will always arrive when sufficient meat is hung from the hook. Calling that duty does not change the smell of it.

There are only a few credible explanations.

First, the State has evidence it has chosen not to disclose, in which case it is demanding trust while offering none.

Second, the State has mistaken opportunity for proof, in which case it is behaving recklessly.

Third, someone with access to Drifter derived hyperspace capabilities has struck Jita and left the Syndicate as a useful trail of blood for the angry to follow.

Of those, the third should concern every loyal citizen of the State more than a fleeing Syndicate titan does.

Destroy the ships if you wish. Defend them if you prefer. Salvage the wreckage, count the bodies, make your speeches, and call it principle after the fact. That is what capsuleers do.

But do not pretend the core question has been answered.

Who had the means?

Until that is addressed, this entire affair is not a case. It is a performance.

This question is one a few of us have turned over in another conversation. There are already ideas…

Should this wholesale slaughter occur.

The ILF will offer five times this amount to lay them to rest in Intaki.

Update:

We have received credible intelligence that indicates the Intaki Syndicate has obtained some cynosural field-generating equipment that has been illegally modified to bypass this technology’s usual security band restrictions.

If true we believe this may enable their fleets to jump directly to high security systems. However, owing to the unlawful status of such vessels in high security space, it is likely that Crimewatch protocols will recognize their ships as trespassers and flag them accordingly.

Madame Executive Brigadier General Torigo,

Please step back and take a vapor treatment with some steam and Harroule Dryweed.

Damaged structures within the Forge do not consitiute justification to attack vessels fleeing to amnesty!

"Intaki Prime-born Federation President, Alix Moreau, has promised amnesty to the descendants of those exiled from her planet during what the Federation leader has called “the darkest period in our history.”

The Jita gates are worstening condition, two witnesses were declared to be testimony to the allegations against Silphy and the Intaki people. We have gotten this news. But where are the witnesses. Please, I respectfully add to those before… furnish evidence.

now for the known variables.

Amphere-9 has been present, detected in caldari space on TWO occassions within the last month within the Forge. Our team has taken that horror out of circulation. That is enough to influence a small number of people auditing the stock markets. If the regulatory auditors are compromised the fraud waste and abuse can be perpetuated. If the drugs are employed in the judiciary system they are generally is enough to influence and corrupt witnesses.

The origins of the two Amphere-9 remain not fully investigated. But currently it points to Edencom section 7 and a second corp based in Federation space but whose CEO is Caldari AND Doomheim stasis status. so essentially a shell corporation.

Have your team cross checked your two witnesses for evidence of torture or false flag drugging?
There have been quite a few black market torture books in the Forge lately. Afformentioned drugs are the 2nd current option with weaponized transcranial microcontrollers being a more pointedly unlikely third. If those bases have not been covered , then a proper investigation has not been done. The Law Tribunal seek to maintain justice within the state. But rushing justice without due process is not the way. Scrambling expedition groups to invade Intaki space is a waste of defense funding, taxpayer money and an oversight, if the evidence presented by literally two people is false.

I strongly recommend that you withold this double premature operation until the appropriate evidence can be garnered and confirmed. If I am wrong about Amphere-9 then I am wrong. If you are going to arrest me for taking those drugs off the market then exchange me for Silphy’s freedom.

Not only do the Jita gates event lean toward a false flag operation, but those profiting from contracts of Gate Maintenance and Construction benefit or lose (where a vote of no confidence is given based on gate event damage). Who has the contracts? check the forest and mountain for the building materials. Check the Ocean for the heart and soul of the state.

We stand with the Ocean Faction and those who were displaced by former leadership actions and no longer fully march with the 37th.

We have over 200 Ocean Faction Caldari citizens who were arrested in light of the protests in the Forge, and we have Ammatar Mandate DSS (Diplomatic Security Service) troops and Amarr Envoys who are pissed off at the piss poor injustices from state to citizens and the blatant disregard and actions of the caldari ENABLING improprieties relative to the current main market hub in Jita.

Those whom we recovered have testified how it is less bad at New Caldari and even post catastrophe Malakalen while evidence of internal corruption lingers at the door. …People who were in fear of getting islanded and isolated with the gates going down… people for whom our team has worked to get freed and moved to safety.

I will repeat that. MINMATAR are Exfil-ing pleading Amarr State leaders and DSS troops from Jita. That is how bad your internal situation is.

I entreat all I-RED forces loyal to John Revenant and Ocean Faction to consider these events as an internal false flag operation until corroberating evidence of the two witnesses can be averiguated. Pause the assault on fleeing ships.

Remember Malkalen. Remember what Jeanna Kishuo did.

Now likewise is a time.

The inventiveness of the Intaki Syndicate is well known. How else do you think they devised these modificationsss?

This manhunt is not about justice, it’s about destroying assets. Most importantly, you must not sully your hands; others will do that for you, and you simply buy them.

So CONCORD, which is unable to keep this ridiculous “Warpath” infection under control, will allow a Caldari “special military operation” to occur inside Gallente space against ships the Gallente have granted amnesty to, with no option for loyal Gallente capsuleers to contest this illegal operation without being subject to CONCORD retaliation?

This is an absurd act by CONCORD which reeks of Caldari bias, perhaps an “apology” for their failure to prevent the terrorist attack on Jita.

Well, this “apology” will cost lives, and CONCORD will be as responsible as any bloodthirsty capsuleer.

I call on any Caldari who wishes to carry out this massacre who claims to have “honor” to enlist in the State Protectorate rather than hiding behind the back of CONCORD!

ALL CN Military Navigation Telemetery has been secured from New Eden. ALL OF IT.

Bounty buyorder of 300,000 isk per unit of updated movements. This so intaki evacuation tacticians may have ongoing and improved aid, and possibly get more windows of EXFIL.
All available Hidden Data Sheets have been secured and extracted out of Jita at time of visits.
All but one of the FedNAV F.O.F ID Tags has been extracted out of the Forge.

Extensive diversity of personnel have contributed additional data pertaining to the aid efforts supporting Intaki refugees.

Spoofed transmitter data and 100 relocated Construction Tools will be destroyed (representing transfer to intaki NPC vessels)…
[OOC: Should CCP permit.]
…them to enter gallente space with updated NON-CRIMINAL status

Furthermore, added intelligence furnished in these efforts may justify additional periods of capital ship movement in addition to the three reported above.

[OOC: This lore activity has not been free. It has come at a cost of just over half a billion isk.]
Godspeed to all who fly in aid of SoE and Intaki allies.

This is how the Syndicate are repaid for their trust in the State?
The criminal, dishonourable, luring and subsequent imprisonment of Silphy EnDiabel to Caldari space under the pretenses of a lawful inquest?

Setting aside the complete break with diplomatic precedent by detaining a head of state, no proof has been forthcoming of any link between the Jita gate incident and Syndicate officials.

This is a nakedly imperialist invasion of a sovereign people, one very reminiscent of the Gallentean Ultra-Nationalists attempted subjugation of the Raata of Caldari Prime and the Intaki in the first war.

To see the State betray their very first ally, the Intaki, who supported the Caldari in the most precarious moments of the Caldari-Gallente war is deeply disappointing.

This unfortunately vindicates the invasion of Intaki Prime two years ago considering the State’s aggression towards the Federation’s western flank today.

The Caldari Navy will be hard-pressed to defend their newly conquered exclave considering how far The Forge is from the Syndicate region is and the position of the Federation between the two.

Based on what has been made public so far, this starts to look and feel more and more like a combination of a coup and purge.

First the Navy creates a strong foothold based on the fear from the invasion of Intaki. Next the leader get’s arrested because of a testimony and evidence from a plea agreement that could have been made under duress. And now there is this massive bounty to entice capsuleers to do all the dirty work.

The minority amongst the refugees who have acces to clones will probably still have their clones positioned in Syndicate. So the moment their clone get’s activated they will probably be arrested, assuming their clones are not disabled.

This feels completely wrong on many different levels. Instead of calling for the arrest and extradition of suspects to allow for the legal system to do its job, this is the course of action that gets taken. This is collective punishment on a scale that approaches genocidal levels.

This feels increasingly less like the pursuit of justice and more like the crafting of a narrative to excuse wholesale slaughter to seize control of Syndicate space.

Spicy, sad they don’t get to surprise folks with that little bit of tech. That increases their coverage of possible systems and opens up a few of strategies to move. Some ships may actually make it to desto, whatever said desto is.

And yeah, this totally has coup with a side dish of annexation stamped over it.
