The Talos in question was secured by a company of marines from the Sovereign Duchy of Beseth Dunijia, and is currently being processed as evidence at a forward operating outpost. Unfortunately, several other cruisers were destroyed by capsuleers before Duchy marines could secure those vessels, but one is better than none. As with all surviving crew recovered by Duchy forces from the wreckage of all three breakout attempts, the crew of the Talos will be subject to a thorough investigation. If they are found to have no connections to organized crime, they will be granted Duchy citizenship.

A short time ago I was notified that the third Syndicate fleet was intercepted in the system of Chesiette and all fugitive vessels were destroyed. I was also informed that the dreadnought which managed to flee the engagement in Stacmon last night was among them and was also taken down. I am pleased to hear this loose end was tied.
This was the final breakout fleet we had reliable intelligence on and as such your services are no longer required. Not since the Provist Manhunt of YC116 has the Caldari Navy so directly engaged capsuleers in this manner and we are gratified by your continued eagerness to advance the interests of the State.
Meanwhile, in and around the region of Syndicate, our more than capable forces will continue to root out Intaki stragglers.
We are now in the process of scrutinizing the battle reports and will soon begin distributing bounties.

Still waiting on my money for helping you with your problem. I’ve linked the kills, surely checking less than 50 KM’s can’t take this long? Certainly can’t be a lack of funds because after all, you’re marshaling trillions in isk to fund the fleet. The delay is unprofessional at best.

professionalism is important but paperwork… now that ensures that things go to the right place and can be traced.
The State tends to prefer its paperwork done in at minimum duplicate, and preferably triplicate for post action reports especially, which I’d wager is the point of delay.

Rumours within syndicate exotic dancers and prostitutes that meet caldari officers quartered in Poitot (here is where your isk goes) say the Chief Executive Panel plans to install a freeport casino again, now in a stolen “zero tax” zone… also they want to build up resorts and luxury yatch ports for their oligarchs. The planets not enough beautiful will be used as waste dumpsters and heavy metal mines. ¿This is true?
Im sure many tools of asymetrical warfare were being developed in Zarzakh by our friends and now its time to release them among capsuleers that feel safer an sanier within their own rules…

A number of encoded reports recovered from one of the Syndicate Dreadnoughts in Orvolle has been transported back to Onnamon by one of my pilots and is now available through the contract system.

His request was to ensure the respectful repatriation of remains. A practice that seems nearly all but lost amongst us Capsuleers, save for specific instances.

True! I respect the dead which is a rare instance for most capsuleer. I’m not sure if the conditional immortality or the cybernetics does something to a capsuleer’s psyche, but most end up sociopathic and psychopathic. Hence the absolute wholesale slaughter of Intaki Syncidate forces by capsuleers bountied by the Caldari State in Gallente Federation sovereign space.
I have managed to contract 15 of 18 captains and in talks with baseliner and capsuleer representatives to safely hand off the remains to the appropriate chain of custody.
Additionally the families and estates of the fallen will be notified and proper documents will be managed by NEHRA and Interbus for their safe travel to Gallente for amnesty or any state that will take them.

Pro
- The market is more accessible to all regardless of national allegiance
- Security is managed by a international or non-national force
- CONCORD has more investment into the region
Cons
- The local markets of each nation and regions suffers
- Concentration of wealth continues towards Jita, exacerbating the haves and haves-not
- Jita is on the front door of New Caldari Prime
- Local market competition becomes even more greatly influenced by Jita’s margins
My concerns now, with AIR, Evermore, Concord, and the Caldari State’s declaration and other nation’s corporations also making a bid. I wonder what the status of the Gates into Jita would be like.
Would we see new gates? Likely, but dangerous given that the gates in are damaged.

In the wake of the reported escape of Silphy en Diabel from State custody, I wish to reiterate that it would benefit the wider cluster to have the evidence of her alleged involvement in the Jita incidents fully publicized, for wider scrutiny and potential rebuttal.
