Happily take advice on other fits and mod changes. This should be pretty much Neut immune. Dps is 370 with my skills. And it run for almost 5min with all mods active. (my skills)

Given the cost, add some ECM drones. Having a set just in case won’t hurt and you have the room.
Also, add maybe a flight of lights or some other back up in case your gekkos get toasted or are lost. Think of it this way… A lone falcon with 3 jsmmers could cause you s world of hurt. Having a flight of lights or mediums gives you an out while ECM could break lock if you need to run.
As for the rest… If the bling helps, ok, but well… If I knew someone was flying around with that, I would work up a nice trap and happily throw ample t1 frigs to hold you as you would be so profitable to kill.
I mean… you do you man, its your isk. But this fit is terribly isk inefficient. 2.7b on a stratios? Why not get a t3c which can do exactly the same thing at half the cost?
Also you need two fitting modules/rigs so its probably cpu/pg inefficient as well.
From what I can tell…the cloak is a waste and not needed…as is the DC which you gain like 1% resist compared to T2. The med neuts out range the small and are overkill on the cap, try a med scoped or t2 with 2 small a-type they match range and make more sense…also instead of neut 2 a-type nos will help feed the med neut better and should do enough still. I would do 2 Thukker if anything Tbh. Why the faction web? If you are in a cloaky then range isn’t an issue you’re engagement should start when you bump them and you will be fine with a T2. Finally with that much isk on faction stuff you should not need to be using fitting rigs and modules…that’s terribly inefficient and takes up slots that you could gain more from as opposed to allowing you to fit one extra over sized module. That’s my take on it…and since you posted it here don’t be surprised if you loose it fast…people will work for that kill.
Be better with something like this, estimated cost 770m, cap stable and 730 dps no implants or heat.
