Its up to the user to shade any sensitive info on their screen when streaming. CCP killed off twitch integration, and streamers already have tools available for things like that. Alternatively, stream on a delay.
Most streamers would expand the window to put the overview outside of their stream desktop or stream only the middle without the chat. Multi desktop window view for example.
even beginner streamers have figured out ways to hide this like those listed above. its not worth the initial investment to create let alone the cost to maintain the feature
