This Service is a not-for-profit service, surrounding ‘bountying’ any structures throughout the entire game.
Want a structure removed, but don’t have the means to do it yourself, or would rather keep under the radar?
Then put a confidential bounty on it, and allow others to destroy it for you.
The higher the bounty, the more interest it will develop amoung players who wish to collect on the said bounty.
