o7 Everyone, I just restart playing eve recently and I have a problem with my Athanor I have anchor it last week and for some reason, it is still vulnerable and I am a bit confused with the new system. I am not at low power and I have passed my reinforce time schedule but I’m still vulnerable.
Structures are always vulnerable.
Upwell structures 2.0 includes a complete re-imagining of vulnerability and reinforcement for these structures.
In this new system, attacks against active Upwell structures will consist of three phases:
- An initial attack that can occur at any date and any time chosen by the attackers
Under this new system, the shield hitpoints of Upwell structures will be vulnerable to attack at all times.
