It seems people don’t have a good idea of how long it should take to get a response from a support ticket or have a certain type of issue resolved. I propose that there be a page or info box with statistics about support ticket requests.
A tracker could have how many open tickets there are for each category type, how long takes for a first response for each ticket, and how long it takes for each ticket to be closed. See STEAM SUPPORT STATS for a basic functional tracker.
