I’ve submitted a ticket about a 3 days ago and haven’t got any answers or signs that they even looking at it. It feels like I just put it in the bottle and throw it in ocean…
Can be anything from couple minutes to a week or longer. Depends on the complexity of the issue and the support capacity. During patches reaction times are usually lower for none-vital issues.
The only thing you can do is wait.
