I made like 2 tickets 5 days ago but they still haven’t answered. Do they normally take a week for a reply or something?
I would say 5 days is on the lower end. I don’t remember exactly, but i think i got answers anywhere between a minimum of about 3 days to about 8 days. One or two times it took about 20 days iirc.
Multiple tickets for the same issue tend to prolong things and is not a good idea.
It is best to not let your gameplay be hindered by it, if possible and not your whole inventory or isk is missing. Just continue to do your thing. It will get eventually sorted out.
If you have technical issues - no gameplay issues- on the other hand, you better also file a bug report via the launcher and chime in on the relevant forum threads. There are currently quite a few technical problems going on, affecting many players.

Last I tried, you would get a bot response within a day. Obviously useless just telling you to try reboot. But they also put your ticket on hold until you reply and tell the bot response was just a waste of time, so if you don’t answer to the bot message, it will be a very long wait.
