I’ve opened a support ticket about two weeks ago, didn’t get a response yet. Is this normal?
It depends on the severity of the ticket, and urgency.
1-3 days. But last time they answered me 17 days later.
Been like half a day for me which was nice.
It’s been over 2 weeks now, still waiting
