I applied for support 20 days ago and since then there has been no answer, how long to wait ?
It depends on the issue you have reported, the more severe the issue the faster response time. All we can do is tell you to wait for a reply; you will get one eventually when Support Staff gets to your ticket.
As long as it takes.
If it’s not a complete game breaking bug, it takes longer.
