if you call the api with a alpha clone does it only show the skills for alphas or does it get all the skills?
It will include both alpha and omega skills.
If you use the dev/latest version of the skills endpoint. It will include an active_skill_level element which is the currently used skill level, i.e. the max level the alpha pilot can utilize. This is also a good metric (or only one?) to determine if a player is an alpha pilot or not using ESI i think?
If they have a skill that is higher than the active_skill_level then they are alpha.
