Worm or Retribution would be easy mode, but you can probably do it in any decent tech 1 frigate. T1 abyss is very easy.

Yup, I’ve just been using the Punisher build from that site, which is (at least at my skill level) just about good enough for T1 Electrical. (I died twice anyway though, lol.)

Electricals - favours EM damage weapons (energy turrets or missiles) and boosts capacitor recharge (helps energy turrets).
Caveat: I normally fly a dual rep MWD Sacrilege in Electrical Abyssals, so the following is not from direct experience.
I’d be tempted with (if you have the skills) a MWD fitted Omen, probably pulse lasers, a webifier (to slow down the small fast stuff so you can kill it) and a cap re-charger. Add in resistance based armour tank with a medium rep and you are probably good. It may well be cap stable with everything running (my Sac is, but it’s missile based).
If you’ve not trained into Cruisers then have a look at a Coercer - I’d be tempted with a beam laser fit (reach out and touch someone) though the lack of mid-slots is a pain. destroyers are more about damage than defence.
Otherwise, yep, Punisher.
